Traditional Employment Options (Contract, contract to hire and direct hire)

Parker Services has a 30 year history of sourcing and placing world class talent for our client companies. We can provide you with contract professionals on an as-needed day-to-day basis or on an indefinite contract, providing you the flexibility to staff up or down to meet your business needs. You can even choose to hire our contractors through our contract-to-hire and direct hire programs.

For your direct hire positions, our expert recruitment and selection process will even help you find those hard-to-reach, passive candidates that aren’t actively searching for a job. And, because we’re committed to finding the right people for your business, the only candidates you’ll meet are those who’ve passed our in-depth screening process. We charge a one-time fee based on the candidate’s first year annual salary and we include a guarantee period with our service. There is no fee if a candidate is not hired.

 

Managed Service Program (MSP)

Our solution is to help increase efficiencies and control, improve risk management, indentify cost savings and achieve full accountability through management reporting.

Our Managed Service Program, is designed to assume responsibility for the procurement, management and reporting of your contingent workforce. Our goal is to alleviate the burden placed on your valuable corporate resources - allowing you to focus on your core business. Our program includes the following services:

Supplier Management – As your managed service provider, we can coordinate your staffing usage. One centralized point-of-contact is established to manage your contingent staffing requirements – from order requisition to assignment to invoicing and reporting.

Job Requisition and Distribution – We will work with you to create a customized, uniform and auditable requisition process. Based on your requirements, we will ensure proper protocols are followed resulting in the right contingent staffing solution, from the start.

Hiring Manager Interaction – Throughout the requisition and assignment process, we interface with your managers to ensure the success of all contractors governed by your customized MSP. We work with you to ensure expectations are met conducting reviews at regular intervals to identify program strengths and opportunities for growth.

Candidate Screening – We take the time to understand your job requirements. We use that information for all candidate screening conducted for your positions. From pre-screening, to specific behavioral interviewing questions, to skills verification, and more, we ensure the right match of candidate to your job. Guaranteed.

Employee Relations – We prepare contractors for each assignment to aid in their job success. We work with you to develop a uniform orientation including attendance policies, dress code, and other support needed to ensure success on the job, such as job shadowing. In addition, we consult with clients regarding employment law compliance to help keep our clients safe from complaints via employment-related Federal and State agencies. This proactive approach has saved our clients millions of dollars in potential fines.

Invoice Consolidation – Our invoicing is fully customizable to meet your accounting requirements. Merging multiple suppliers’ invoices is convenient for you through our Invoice Consolidation process.

Customized Reporting – To help you track total spend, hours, and productivity, we offer a variety of reports. These reports can be produced on a time schedule that is specific to your needs.

Quality Assurance Programs – Our two-pronged approach to feedback means we get feedback from you as well as from assigned contractors. In addition to daily feedback, we also solicit feedback on a quarterly basis. These results are used to enhance service delivery.

By outsourcing the recruitment function to us, we will provide you a recruiting model that combines the expertise and strength of our regional recruiting hubs with dedicated recruiters either on- or off-site who know your culture and can deliver talent at a fraction of the cost of doing it yourself.
