Mike’s experience includes more than 8 years in sales for various industries. He holds his bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Colorado as well as a Medical Informatics certification from Bellevue Community College. He is an active participant in HIMSS and WTIA.

Mona Valdok—Senior Search Consultant
Mona has over 5 years of proven success working with high-level executive candidates. Her strengths include a strong ability to grasp key elements and success factors for a position, and the ability to easily connect with senior candidates. She works hard to learn about their backgrounds in order to identify the ‘best of the best’. Prior to Parker, Mona spent more than 10 years in higher education (in director and consultant roles) with the University of Washington Business School MBA Career Center, Seattle Pacific University, Seattle University and GEOS Language Systems in Tokyo, Japan. Mona holds an MEd in Post-Secondary Counseling. She is VP of Membership for the Puget Sound chapter of the American Marketing Association (PSAMA), active in the Northwest Recruiters Association (NWRA) and Junior League Seattle.
