Debbie Crandall is a talent acquisition and professional services executive with 25 years of experience leading both private and public staffing companies. Her skill in creating sales strategies and delivering complex talent management solutions to companies across a wide range of industries has been the foundation of her success. Debbie’s operations, business process improvement, financial management and employee development talents have been evident throughout her career as she has continually led high performing teams, resulting in her elevation to President/CEO of Parker Staffing Services, LLC in 2006.
Debbie started her career with a privately held firm located in the San Francisco Bay Area as a business development manager and was promoted into a senior management role before she was recruited by Volt Workforce Logic to lead their San Francisco Bay Area Territory. She was hired to turn around an under-performing region and realized a $7 million revenue growth in her first year. The territory continued to grow substantially under Debbie’s leadership, and before moving to the Pacific Northwest she and her team implemented four managed service programs: Hewlett Packard (2 locations), Tandem Computers and AMD. These four programs employed and managed over 2,000 workers.
Identifying and growing talent within her organization is what motivates Debbie on a daily basis and has been the driving force behind her success. Reynold O. Bryan, Jr. is the President of Parker HealthcareIT. With more than 30 years of senior executive healthcare financial and operations management and healthcare information technology experience, Reynold has an internationally-respected reputation for his healthcare thought leadership.
A much sought after presenter on healthcare technology-related topics, Reynold has provided consulting leadership expertise in EMEA, APAC and the Middle East along with here in the United States. Bryan was Managing Principal for Healthcare Margins, Inc where he managed a global consulting, and outsourcing business with revenues over $20 million. Reynold was also a Partner for IBM Global Healthcare and PriceWaterhouse LLP and also held a senior executive sales position at Oracle Healthcare.
Reynold holds a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelors of Science degree from San Diego State University. Reynold is actively involved in the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE).

Over a 13 year career in the Seattle area, Scot has become one of the most respected and connected leaders in the local staffing and recruiting industry. Scot possesses a rare blend of sharp people skills, sales intuition, and technical acumen which have been significant to Scot’s ascent in our industry. His staffing and recruiting industry experience began as a technical recruiter, and success and proven leadership within that role led to progressively elevated roles.
Scot joined Parker in 2006 and now leads the Technical Solutions business segment. Scot came to Parker from Volt Information Services. His career began as a technical recruiter, working in the industry’s largest technical contingent staffing program in collaboration with Microsoft. In this role he partnered with hiring managers to define open position requirements for software engineers to work in the Windows Division. In a little over a year and a half in this individual recruiting role, Scot established himself as the branch’s top performing recruiter, where he put approximately 300 technical employees to work.
Scot is a trusted and long standing member of many professional associations, including the American Staffing Association (ASA), Northwest Recruiters Association (NWRA), Washington Technology Industry Association (WTIA) and Northwest Entrepreneurs Network (NWEN), to name a few.

With more than 20 years of progressive responsibilities and experience in both Global Fortune 500 and regional staffing firms, Teri has been instrumental and a pioneer in leading, developing, and executing many of the industry’s strategic staffing solutions. She began her career as a recruiter, which translates to her ability to be hands-on throughout virtually every aspect of the business. She has significant experience in leading both field operations and corporate functions including product management, marketing, account management, and sales operations.
She has been responsible for national account implementation, and has implemented dozens of client companies at all levels – local, regional, national, and global. Teri’s approachable style and ability to build strategic relationships with her clients are key to her success in executing a well planned account strategy. Her expertise and understanding is broad and includes; Managed Service Programs (MSP), Service Level Agreement (SLA) implementation, Vendor on Premise (VOP) programs, Vendor Management Systems (VMS) integration, internal and external supplier and client communications, Supplier Diversity programs, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Supplier Management programs.
Teri is an accomplished speaker and has spoken at industry conferences, panels, outplacement forums, and as a college guest lecturer. She has been an active volunteer in her community including work with Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Junior Achievement.

Zoe Stamolis is a unique kind of Staffing executive. She blends big picture analysis and strategy with an intimate understanding of a client’s needs. It is this distinctive knowledge that creates a unique relationship with clients, making Parker stand out from the crowd. Zoe’s responsibilities include working with Parker’s top clients in the design and implementation of world-class Managed Service Programs (MSP). Zoe is a hands-on leader who makes customer satisfaction her highest priority.
With almost 30 years in the Staffing industry, Zoe has been through the radical changes and shifts in thinking that have changed the industry dramatically, particularly over the past 15 years. Because Zoe is constantly looking to improve and streamline processes, she has always been on the cutting edge, ahead of the curve and able to quickly adapt to the continuously changing employment climate. Zoe began her staffing career in 1981. Before Parker, she held management positions at Adecco, CDI, and Volt Services Group, all based in the Pacific Northwest.
Zoe is the current membership chair for the Northwest Recruiters Association and has held board positions with Help Desk Northwest as well as Northwest Call Center Professionals. These associations provide Zoe with a knowledge base and network that contribute to providing quality solutions for Parker’s clients.
Director of Talent Acquisition

Jacob joined Parker in October of 2009 to serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, he manages the recruiting and contingent labor management functions covering all of Parker’s diverse operations and divisions. He comes to this position with over 10 years of agency recruiting experience with Volt Workforce Solutions.
Starting with Volt in 1999, Jacob's first role was as a junior recruiter. He worked his way up the ranks to recruiting manager. In 2006, he was promoted to Business Unit Manager and was transferred to Volt New York, where he managed sales and recruiting functions for the states of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. His clients included software, insurance, retail, and financial companies. After returning to the Seattle area in 2008, Jacob was selected to serve as a Strategic Programs Manager, where he oversaw the auditing and data reporting functions for Volt’s largest client.
Jacob is active in the Northwest Recruiters Association (NWRA) and the Social Media Club (SMC) of Seattle. He is also a regular blogger about employment in the Healthcare IT sector at HealthcareITToday.com.
Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Leslie is accountable for the implementation, maintenance and improvement of the operational systems, processes and infrastructure of Parker Staffing Services. She reports directly to the President/CEO and is tasked to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of operational services.
Leslie is also responsible for managing all of Parker’s technology initiatives including software implementations and infrastructure deployment. She combines her analytical and intuitive acumen with her knowledge of Parker’s business to present practical solutions to company leadership. Her team provides analytics and reporting to both internal staff and Parker clients. She also serves as the primary liaison to the VP of Risk Management and Parker’s legal counsel. She reviews all contractual agreements to ensure that Parker’s practices are aligned and that contractual obligations are carefully fulfilled.
Leslie has 28 years of experience in the staffing industry and has held a number of roles including recruiter, staffing branch manager, corporate trainer, accounting manager and operations manager. During her tenure at Parker interacting with literally thousands of people, Leslie has realized a personal investment in the Seattle business community. She has been actively involved with non-profit organizations focused on supporting Seattle families and currently volunteers with parents and middle school youth.
Director of Human Resources

Elizabeth joined Parker in March 2008 as the Director of Human Resources. In this role, she sets the HR strategic vision to sustain Parker’s reputation as an employer of choice and to maintain a workplace culture in which all employees feel valued and able to contribute their personal best to the achievement of Parker’s success.
Elizabeth has honed her human resources management expertise over an 18 year career. Elizabeth served as a Senior HR leader at Sound Transit (ST), where she was initially hired to design the human resources infrastructure during their start up phase when the company grew from 26 employees to 100 in less than a year. Elizabeth was instrumental in this growth and in helping ST create efficient human resources solutions to address HR compliance, employee needs and retention. Some of these programs included: Hiring and Retention, Pay for Performance, On-Boarding, and Career Path Development. During her ten years with ST, she spearheaded and implemented other initiatives like ST’s internship program to develop leadership capabilities and mentoring among employees. This program opened doors for diversely talented individuals who otherwise would not have been able to compete for jobs in the company.
Elizabeth’s commitment to education, leadership and diversity issues extends beyond work. She served on St. Joseph’s School board and diversity committee to raise cultural awareness within the student body. As a public servant, she was also one of the first members to participate in a delegation to Manila, Philippines. The delegation was led by a Seattle City Council member along with other local government officials and educators to identify bi-lateral educational and business opportunities involving Seattle and Metropolitan Manila. She later wrote an article about the trip which was published in several Asian community papers.

Kathryn Riley joined Parker in 2009. With more than 15 years of business experience, she has served organizations in various capacities including controller, director of finance, vice president of operations, and vice president of investor relations. Kathryn’s experiences range from providing professional services for some of the largest companies in the world to building and shaping growth-oriented organizations starting with less than five people.
She has spent the last fourteen years focusing on the growth and development of small to mid-size businesses - creating successful technology businesses from inception. These businesses have matured within varied strategic goals, including the sale to a Fortune 1000 company, significant growth within a closely held private company, and multiple mergers and acquisitions with companies on the NASDAQ Stock Market.
Ms. Riley was instrumental in AdRelevance’s acquisition by Media Metrix, its subsequent merger with Jupiter Communications and its follow-on acquisition by the Fortune 500 company and ratings giant, ACNielsen Corporation. Prior to AdRelevance, Ms. Riley worked in the venture capital industry at ARCH Venture Partners where she helped establish their Seattle office as a premier provider of seed and early stage venture capital for technology firms. Prior to ARCH, Ms. Riley helped start a cutting edge, artificial intelligence technology venture at Netbot, Inc. that would later be acquired by Excite!
