Position Description

Healthcare system widely recognized for quality of patient care and clinical research is seeking an experienced Application Manager, certified in Epic Ambulatory with a clinical background. Position is based in Los Angeles, CA. Competitive compensation and benefit package. Relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage configuration team to on-time and on-budget implementation of Epic ambulatory for multi-specialty and physician practices
Will be responsible for day to day operational activities working closely with project manager, Epic vendor and team members to ensure completion of major tasks and milestones in project plan

Experience

Full life-cycle EMR implementation experience (build, testing, validation, migration…) for multispecialty medical practices
Certified in Epic Ambulatory as well as experience across other EMRs
Clinical experience desired (RN a plus)
Proven ability to partner and communicate well with key stakeholders including project leadership, clinicians and technical staff
