Position Description

We are currently looking for strong Epic Analysts who are experienced in any Epic module to support our client’s ongoing full-cycle Epic implementation. Our client is highly supported in their cutting-edge technology initiatives and will offer to certify you in a new Epic module within one year of employment. One year from now they will be live on every Epic modules (Inpatient and Ambulatory) with the exception of Lab and are looking for talented professionals to grow with them.

Responsibilities

Review the software, analyze workflow, work with end-users to gather requirements
Work with the vendor and end users to tailor the new system for the organization
Map current state and future workflows
Actively participate in Enterprise and local systems Design, Build and Validate (DBV) sessions
Troubleshoot problems or questions from end-users
Ongoing maintenance

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Health Science or Information Systems preferred
Clinical/operational experience within a healthcare setting
Two plus years working as an Epic Analyst or with another related vendor (i.e. Cerner, McKesson, IDX, etc.)
Epic certification is preferred, but not required (client will send for certification)
Ability to work well in a team environment
