Position Description

We are currently looking for a strong Epic Inpatient Application Coordinator for our client in Virginia. This individual will be responsible for the development and design of Epic Inpatient modules within an enterprise Epic system. Responsibilities

Review the software, analyze workflow, work with end-users to gather requirements
Work with the vendor and end users to tailor the new system for the organization
Map current state and future workflows
Actively participate in Enterprise and local systems Design, Build and Validate (DBV) sessions
Troubleshoot problems or questions from end-users
Aid trainers during User Training

Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Health Science or Information Systems (Epic certifications and relevant professional experience will be considered)
In Patient clinical or operation experience
Workflow process analysis and design, and training skills
Experience in Epic implementations and/or clinical information systems installations
Epic certification in Inpatient Clinical Documentation is a plus
Hands-on experience with application design
