Responsibilities

Hold responsibility for application analysis, project planning and full life-cycle implementation: design, build, training, implementation and go-live support activity
Serve as bridge between end users and Epic implementation staff; acting as primary support contact coordinating all questions and issues that arise during project for specific application area

Experience

Full life-cycle EMR implementation support experience in an ambulatory setting
Certification in Epic Ambulatory. Experience across other EMR’s is highly desired
Clinical experience preferred (RN a big plus)
Understanding of hospital workflow and technical application support experience to include implementation, report writing, troubleshooting, upgrades and configuring systems
Proven ability to partner and communicate well with key stakeholders including project leadership, clinicians and technical staff
