Position Description

We are currently looking for a strong Epic Ambulatory Coordinator for our client in Virginia. This individual will be responsible for the development and design of Epic Ambulatory within an enterprise Epic system. Responsibilities
  • Review the software, analyze workflow, work with end-users to gather requirements
  • Work with the vendor and end users to tailor the new system for the organization
  • Map current state and future workflows
  • Actively participate in Enterprise and local systems Design, Build and Validate (DBV) sessions
  • Troubleshoot problems or questions from end-users
  • Aid trainers during User Training
Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Science or Information Systems (Epic certifications and relevant professional experience will be considered)
  • Ambulatory clinical or operation experience (a clinical background is a plus)
  • Workflow process analysis and design, and training skills
  • Experience in Epic implementations and/or clinical information systems installations
  • Epic Ambulatory certification is a plus
  • Hands-on experience with application design
