Position Description

Great Hospital located in gorgeous sunny Florida with a business casual work environment. Alternating work schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5, 4 10-hour shifts, or 9 9-hour shifts with 1 8-hour shift and an alternate day off every other week. Does this sound like the perfect fit for you?

Responsibilities
  • Evaluates and documents the current process related status and issues of the assigned system applications
  • Develops, reviews assessment with supervisor
  • Executes plans of action for completing projects/tasks, respond in appropriate levels of detail to questions from users and IT personnel regarding the functionality of the system, and support end users as requested
  • Acts as liaison between patient care services areas and IT to help translate and transform clinical process needs into system design
  • Measurement: Supervisory observation with examples
Experience
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university is required
  • In Lieu of a Bachelors degree, candidates with extensive applications or operational experience will be considered
  • RN licensure is preferred; a minimum of 3 years health care operational experience is required
  • A knowledge of systems analysis methodologies, workflow process analysis, and software application systems implementation is required
  • Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of systems design and installation tasks.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with management and fellow employees
