We are currently recruiting for a full-time Clinical Application Analyst for the Cardiology Application in the Los Angeles, CA area. Our client will pay relocation expenses. In this role you will be reporting to the Director of Clinical Support Systems and Research, this position will assume accountability for the support, maintenance and current implementation projects for Cardiology. Major applications within Cardiology include: Heartlab, Vericis, MUSE, Cardiolink (Mac Lab and Prucka Lab), MARS. |

| Responsibilities |
 |
- Strong experience, both clinical and information systems, pertaining to Cardiology
- Experience with systems implementation and life cycle, with strong project management skills for implementations and system maintenance (resource requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, user support, technical support)
- Understanding of cardiology systems clinician workflow, departmental billing and reporting
- Understanding of data and workflow integration
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels in the organization (Director to staff level)
- Experience in motivating and mentoring staff
- Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrating capability to transform abstract and complex challenges into tactical solutions
- Excellent accountability and follow-through on assignments
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Business Owners to design and build structures and processes to continually optimize system value
- Knowledge and experience with in-house cardiology applications and systems

| Experience |
 |
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Business or other related field; or approved equivalent combination of training and experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications, preferably in a healthcare provider organization
- Expert-level capabilities in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Software/Hardware implementation experience with the type of clinical/business software application assigned, such as GE cardiology systems suites including- Inova 2000, 5000, MAC Lab & Prucka Lab, MUSE, Vericis, PACS- Heart lab. Additional systems include ADT, SIS scheduling system, Dictation systems & Dictation Interfaces and other ancillary information systems within the division
- Experience supporting and implementing complex projects that requires assistance with coordination of resources
- Experience in leading small teams or projects
- Clinical or healthcare operations work experience in the cardiac arena, such as cath lab, EPS lab or other areas
